This is the name of a book by two women who've worked with dying people in hospice (I don't remember the authors' names). It describes some of the phenomena that occur as people are dying, and that seem puzzling to their caregivers, such as seemingly irrational comments that are often ignored or called delusional. It's a tremendously comforting and fascinating look into what dying people need from their caregivers (for example, permission to leave, assurance that loved ones will be taken care of, etc.), as they move back and forth between one world and another sometimes for days or weeks at a time. A very enlightening book, and not at all sad or spooky.
