I agree that there is a problem when whites break the laws of grammar and pronunciation. If anyone, regardless of race or culture, wants to get ahead in the professional world, they must speak and dress according to the dominant business culture. At home I use slang and sometimes profanity. I may be dressed in sweats and a tee without a bra. I would love it if I could find a high paying job where those things would be acceptable. Thoses jobs don’t exist. Blacks need to assimilate just like many whites must. Adopting a standard language and dialect (i.e. that of the majority’s) aids better communication and progress towards a common goal – not to mention acceptance in the corporate world. Remember the story of the Tower of Babel?
