it’s not that they have to do it, it’s just that black people are more reflexive or responsive i danegerous situations that white people are (well from years of observations of course!) and blacks also tend to have the urge to need to tell someone else when they might be in danger, it’s also a part of why many, not all, blacks are boistrous. it’s a reflex to put yourself in the same situatuation isnt it? well, blacks, may sometimes do it louder than others do!!!
