i grew up romantically attuned to white men, the younger i was the more aryan in looks. not so now. i’d say a golden hue brown toned man to me is most attractive–over white. that is what usually grabs our eye. blue eyed men, white, are attractive to me but i associate them now w/ men who are somewhat more remote & colder(?that may be to harsh a word)to me now. i like darkerkinned people, but black americans, even tho they are very beautiful–generally i find them more attractive than yr average white man, but the culture divide & the suspicion b/w blacks & whites put me off unless i know the man well. i feel the same way toward arabs, also, because of their general attidues regarding women, but due to all the increased coverage of arabs & even central asians, i find myself very attracted to some semetic men–arabs in particular have absolutely gorgeous eyes, i’ve noticed–with beautiful thick eyelashes. i have never really included them in my ‘repetoire’ of what i find attractive, but now i can’t stop looking at them.
