Jordan I think u misunderstand . You a re comparing shoes to art. I can also say as someone who is not dutch, those wooded shoes you sescribe to be are interesting in an artistic way cecause that is not somrething I see everyday. In fact there are dutch artists whose names I don’t recall now who are revered the world over . Im sure therer are Dutch americans who would ‘kill ‘ to get any of those pieces. I won’t theink they are insecure but that they can tae pleasure that someone who shares their culture can create something the world mu=ight think is beautiful and I am offended that u think african art is ugly.
