It’s impossible to make a blanket statement like that. I personally as a lesbian wouldn’t hit on a woman unless I had at least a decently good idea that she had some attraction toward women too, just to spare myself the embarrassment, but that is my own personal preference. Some women might hit on anyone they find attractive.
