I think what you may be meaning is the so-called female ejaculation, which occurs only when a woman is very aroused and usually has her G-spot stimulated. It can occur during orgasm or before it. The liquid is clear, odorless and perfectly clean, and it actually comes from the urinal tract. Note, however, that it is not urine. The function of this liquid is not clear to scientists yet.
