Some women ‘ejaculate’ during orgasm, especially after stimulation of the Grafenberg spot. Some researchers find the fluid more similar to urine, others find it contains prostatic acid phosphatase, probably from Skene’s glands. I took this info from the text I use to teach Human Sexuality in college.
