I’m no expert on the subject, but i do know that this is done in certain places in Africa. It is done by cutting out the clitoris(sometimes with glass and other painful things) so that the women cannot become pregnant. It is done because it stops a women from having sex(ie a woman cannot receive pleasure without her clitoris).
